By focusing on the key fundamentals of skating, stick handling, passing and shooting each player internalize the proper techniques that will enable to elevate their game.

These clinics are geared for players that are striving to reach their full potential. Coach Methot’s unique approach has brought success to countless players at the highest levels. By constantly pushing the training methods boundaries, every player that trains with him will be exposed to the newest techniques that are used in today’s game.

These clinics will focus on specific skills which include:

• Skating (Edges, Quickness, Agility, Speed, Power)
• Puck Possession (Stick Handling, Passing, Deception, Protection)
• Shooting (Release, Deception, Changing the Angle, Tactics)
• Hockey IQ and Compete (Small area games, Battling)

Cost: $80 or $30 per day Walk-On (Limited options for Walk-on)
Max 30 Skaters
Goalies:  Limited to 4 and No Charge
